Circle of Caring

To continue to improve the quality of living by providing services to our patients regardless of one's ability to pay, CHC implemented a donor giving program: Circle of Caring. Membership in the Circle of Caring entitles donors to benefits based on the level of the donor's annual support designated to the program. CHC and the Hospice Foundation express their appreciation and honor our members who support the Circle of Caring.
