Established in 1978, The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. is an independent, community-based, not-for-profit hospice and home health organization providing comfort and support to all people facing life-limiting, progressive illnesses. The agency provides an environment allowing a person to live each day in his or her own way - in comfort and dignity, with hope, and with personal satisfaction and worth.
