The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. has the following positions available:

BILLING REPRESENTATIVE: Full-time position responsible for benefit verification, claims submission and processing for Medicare and home health claims. Requires excellent communication skills and prior billing experience.

PRIMARY NURSE - Elkhart Office: Full-time, day shift RN needed to provide hospice services to patients residing in their home or long term care facilities. This position is based out of our Elkhart office.

PRIMARY NURSE - South Bend Office: Full-time, day shift RN position.

PRRIMARY ECF NURSE - South Bend Office: Full-time RN to work day shift as a primary nurse serving hospice patients that reside in extended care facilities. Previous long-term care experience preferred.

SOCIAL WORKER - Plymouth: Full-time Social Worker position based out of our Plymouth office. Requires IN licensure as SW and SW master's degree. Will consider a SW bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience.

STAFF NURSE - Hospice House: Full-time RN to work 3rd shift Mon-Fri in Hospice House, a 7 bed inpatient facility.

TRIAGE/VISIT NURSE - South Bend Office: RN to work part-time, approximately 24 hrs/week, from 8a-5p every Monday and Friday and every other weekend performing phone triage as well as patient visits.
