ADMISSIONS NURSE - Full-time: RN to work Mon-Fri from 1p-9p. Position is based out of our South Bend office.

ADMISSIONS NURSE - Part-time : RN to work every Thursday and Friday and every other Wednesday from 2p-10p. Position is based out of our South Bend office.

POWER WEEKEND RN - South Bend Office: RN to work every Sat and Sun from 8a-8p assisting with phone triage and emergency visits. Full-time benefits provided.

PRIMARY NURSE - Elkhart Office: "Full-time, day shift RN needed to provide hospice services to patients residing in their home or long term care facilities. This position is based out of our Elkhart office."

PRIMARY NURSE - South Bend Office: "Full-time, day shift RN position. "

STAFF NURSE - Hospice House: "Full-time RN to work 3rd shift Mon-Fri in Hospice House, a 7 bed inpatient facility. "
